PLEASE NOTE : Delegates require two recent passport-sized photographs (each with their name printed on the reverse), and must have a note of their National Insurance number.

PLEASE NOTE : Delegates must produce their old "Passport" card, and provide two recent passport-size photographs (each with their name printed on the reverse) and proof of their National Insurance Number. Candidates can undertake the 1 day training course up to three months in advance or within three months of the expiry of their CCNSG Passport qualification. However, candidates undertaking early renewal will lose some of the 3 year "shelf life" as the new Passport will reflect the date the course is held (plus 3 years) as the new expiry date.

2 Day Courses are only run every other month: PLEASE NOTE : Delegates require three recent passport size photographs (each with their name printed on the reverse), and a note of their National Insurance number.

Renewal courses are only run every other month. PLEASE NOTE : Delegates must bring with them their current SPA Quarry Passport card, and also three recent passport size photographs (each with their name printed on the reverse).
